JWCC: Jio World Convention Center

Designed end to end mobile application for JWCC to track and mark attendance of invitees, vendors and other stakeholders during any event. Single app with multiple access for security guards, 3rd party vendors, valets, managers, and guests. A separate gate app to mark attendance of walk-ins along with provision to print ID cards from kiosks.

Person Registration App:

• Guests can register themselves to the event prior to the event time.
• They can add companions to their own profile for seamless entry.
• Person has the option to approve/disapprove companions in case of different entry times.

Gate App:

• Setup the gate number from the app itself.
• Mark attendance of walk-ins.
• In case of unrecognized entry, the user can call for help and the Security guard can bypass the check after manual verification.

Valet App: 

• Valet scans the person and registers the car.
• Valet saves parking information like parking location and can check on other parked cars
• Gets intimation when pickup request is raised
• Valet can check Parking logs

Sales Manager:

• Sales managers can create events for clients, and also check for slot availability.
• Set event timings
• Set event type
• Set host details
• Set event parameters like enabling companions, on-site registration, vendor registrations and lanyard options.
• Set lanyard design from a set of template

Security Guard:

• Can check for registered guest list, vendors and many more.
• Can add manual entries for HNIs and VVIPs.
• Can checklists as per checked-in, pending and blocked guests.

Super Admin:

• Keep track of registered events and upcoming events.
• Keep track and KPIs of valets, guards, sales managers and service team.
• Check guest lists, parking lists in real-time and archives.
• Notifications when Priority Guest arrives.
