Unilever UK team decided that Pepsodent should have its own virtual assistant which would help visitor tackle some of the common dental challenges with ease and give customised recommendations based on user inputs and behaviour. We undertook the responsibility of designing the avatar for the chatbot, screens and the interactions within the chatbot.
